1. What does your day-to-day look like as a Quality Manager at KSM?

3. You’re involved in driver interviews and psychological profiling. What’s the most important trait you look for in a driver handling high-stakes loads?
Dependability. Handling high-stakes pharmaceutical loads requires someone who is responsible, calm under pressure, and who prioritizes safety above all else. We need drivers who understand the significance of what they’re carrying and are committed to following protocols exactly, with the resilience to handle any challenges on the road.
4. What’s been your proudest moment so far working at KSM?
My proudest moment was when we achieved our highest compliance and safety audit scores, which reflected our team’s hard work and dedication. Seeing our efforts recognized and knowing that we are consistently meeting the needs of our healthcare clients while maintaining the highest standards was incredibly rewarding.
