The Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and servicing of our client’s fleet of tractor-trailers, ensuring they remain in optimal condition and meet all regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs for the fleet.
- Communicate with drivers, maintenance teams, and vendors to gather information on vehicle conditions and required repairs.
- Maintain a comprehensive record of all maintenance activities, invoices, and warranties.
- Ensure that all vehicles meet federal, state, and local regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with parts suppliers and service providers for efficient and timely procurement.
- Assess and analyze maintenance costs to identify potential cost-saving measures.
- Provide reports and updates to management regarding the status and condition of the fleet.
- Ensure that breakdowns and emergencies are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to improve maintenance strategies.
- Assist in developing and refining maintenance protocols and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Familiarity with trucks and its components.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Any issues related to deliveries, pickups, or the condition of the trailer or truck should be reported. The most significant accomplishment involves addressing each concern promptly and working towards resolving all issues. It’s important to keep everyone updated about any changes to the loads and maintain regular communication.
Roles and Responsibilities
Having basic knowledge of the trucking industry and trucks, 100% concentration, to have an ability to understand the driver’s position at the moment, and be precise with the updates. Trying to satisfy both sides, the shipper and the receiver.
Excellent English, fluent in speaking, writing and listening. Knowledge of data storage structures, data cleansing, and data mining
Have to know how to start the conversation with the driver, the shipper or the receiver.
Minimal experience in Track and Tracing.
