No matter if it’s about online presence or exposure, or something more concrete as lead generation, a specialized team of graphic designers and marketers continuously work on the details that make their clients recognizable. The Recruiting department is constantly looking for qualified truck drivers who are interested and ready to fill up the empty trucks of the clients with whom Superior Dispatch Service collaborates with.
The Retention department
takes over from the recruiting sector the moment the truck driver is hired by the client. For a set period of time the retention specialist is to contact and hear out every driver in case there are some concerns, complaints or suggestions so that the driver remains satisfied with his working place and stays as long as possible in the company, thus improving the general turnover rate.
