Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs for the fleet.
• Communicate with drivers, maintenance teams, and vendors to gather information on vehicle conditions and required repairs.
• Maintain a comprehensive record of all maintenance activities, invoices, and warranties.
• Ensure that all vehicles meet federal, state, and local regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with parts suppliers and service providers for efficient and timely procurement.
• Assess and analyze maintenance costs to identify potential cost-saving measures.
• Provide reports and updates to management regarding the status and condition of the fleet.
• Ensure that breakdowns and emergencies are addressed promptly and efficiently.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to improve maintenance strategies.
• Assist in developing and refining maintenance protocols and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with trucks and its components.

• Proficient in using fleet management software and other relevant computer applications.
