As a Data Analyst your role will be to track and identify key performance indicators that are relevant for each department, discover trends and patterns and provide meaningful insights and recommendations for improvement.

Analyze and interpret large data sets to form insights and recommendations
Troubleshoot data issues and ensure data integrity
Create reports and visualizations to communicate data insights to management
Identify trends and patterns in data sets to inform business decisions
Identify process improvement opportunities
Collaborate with multiple teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
Support the development of predictive models and algorithms
Skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of data storage structures, data cleansing, and data mining
Knowledge of relevant database technologies, programming languages, data visualization, and reporting systems such as SQL, Python, Power BI, Excel etc.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Strong time management skills
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information management or Statistics. Master’s degree in a relevant field would be an added advantage.
Relevant certification in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
Prior experience as Data Analyst, Finance or Accounting.
Prior experience in Transportation and Logistics is considered an advantage.
